My awakened journey began ten years ago when encountering new types of people sparked deep introspection. Much of my adult life has been marked by depression, with my body urging me to confront deep wounds that manifested in excessive fatigue and apathy. By 2017, I faced my darkest period, feeling disconnected and suicidal, which led me to explore the psychological impacts of my childhood. The following year, I tried to distract myself from these emotions and thus battled relentless anxiety attacks, often avoiding truly feeling my emotions.

A few years later, I became consumed with psychology in an effort to understand myself and others. My life continued to shift when I was introduced to films on higher dimensions and consciousness that deeply resonated with me. In 2021, a near-death experience catapulted my spiritual journey, shifting my perspective from victim to creator of my life.

Still struggling with depression years later, I attended a transformative meditation retreat, which led to a heart activation. I began daily meditation and practicing gratitude, bringing a new sense of joy and purpose that I hadn't experienced in a long time. In early 2024, I started incorporating breathwork and energy work into my routine, leading to more breakthroughs and finally beginning my journey into psychic mediumship.
